Welcome to Norton Grange
Norton Grange is a small private residential estate in the village of Little Kineton, Warwickshire. It was developed in the 1980’s from the Mansion House and grounds which were formerly a school. As such there is a broad variety of properties, including self-contained dwellings in the The Mansion House, as well as the converted stone-built Mansion House stable block, The Courtyard. Some cottages pre-date the school with others being converted from the staff and student accommodation built in the 1960 and 1970’s, whilst the rest being more recent purpose-built family homes. Norton Grange is now mostly in a Conservation Area, ‘an area of special architectural or historic interest, the character and appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.’
There are 61 properties, ranging from 2 to 7 bedrooms.
Every household must become a shareholder to NGRA Ltd (Norton Grange Residents Association Limited). NGRA Ltd is the management company which maintains the communal areas within Norton Grange, (roads, amenity field) as well as providing connections between Norton Grange and service companies such as Severn Trent.

The share is obtained during purchase, after signing a Deed of Covenant with NGRA Ltd. On completion of this Deed of Covenant and the transfer of the NGRA Ltd share into the new homeowners name, the property can be registered with the Land Registry.
In addition to NGRA there is also a management company for the Mansion House, MHRA (Mansion House Residents Association). Mansion House properties belong to both associations.
The Village of Kineton is adjacent to Little Kineton and has a host of local shops and facilities that are only 15 minutes walk away.
Kineton Village has a local Facebook group which is a great source of local knowledge.
The Kineton Sports and Social Club is a short walk from the entrance of the estate and has excellent sporting facilities and hosts a variety of events throughout the year.
